Woke: 10am (9 1/2 hours of sleep - no alarm)
11am - Breakfast
- Blueberry oatmeal with Peanut butter
; I generally love the days when I get to eat oatmeal (it means I'm not working :) ), but the blueberries made mine grey this morning, and I hate the fact that I slept in so late . . . My shoulders are killing me because I'm carrying so much tension. I think I'll do some yoga later.
12am - Iron pill

: I know I should be drinking more water, so I'll try to keep track a bit
1:30pm - Water
:I have that tired eyes feeling. Hate that.
2pm - Lunch
- Roast beef
- Grapes
:I had a headache before I ate lunch. I ate thinking it might be from being hungry. It made it worse. Then I started feeling nauseous . . . I slept for awhile which made me feel better. Was it from eating beef? Or something else? Took advil.
5pm - Earl Grey Tea while I made dinner
7pm - Dinner
- Carrots with butter and parsley
- sauteed beans
: I'm feeling better now. My headache has passed. What the heck is going on with my body?!
9pm - Snack
- Cashew Banana Peanut Butter "Ice Cream"
:I'm feeling good. Hoping that this switch in eating will help solve my fatigue issues. Will need to see a difference by the end of the 21 days . . .
